"We had extensive damage in our home due to an overflowing bathtub. After one cleanup crew said we were ready, 310Handyman advised us to check for mold. We called in an expert who found the mold and did more demolition.
310Handyman then repaired two bedrooms, master bathroom, master closet, and hallways. The work entailed drywalling areas that had previously been lathed and plastered and making it match, installing new insulation, patching, painting, custom painting two bedrooms and the master bathroom, painting around custom cabinets in the master closet, repairing "vintage" windows, and generally doing anything and everything that needed to be done to restore the house.
They've worked for us before. They are prompt and reliable, always available by email and cell phone, and easy to work with and have great suggestions.
They did way more than I would have expected from a "handyman," and are truly expert in all areas of home maintenance.
